It's A Wonderful Life

How come we don't get to see this fine, old Christmas film in Denmark anymore?
I remember seing it every Christmas in my childhood.

Has it ever been a part of your holiday memories?
Or perhaps you love another film, which you just have to see in December?

  1. Dear Ulla, I have to admit I remember seeing this film as a child but really remembering I don't but yes, I would love to see it and here it is shown only late at night (and my Mr. and I tend to go to bed eaaaaarly).

But on our list is "Love actually", "The little Lord Fauntleroy" and yes, every now and then "The Holiday" with Cate winslet and Cameron Diaz.

Big hug and just 9 more nights.... the kids are so excited

  2. Yes...this is one of our all-time favourites! Also on my list are A CHRISTMAS CAROL (the version from 1951, with Alistair Sim who is perfect in the role of Scrooge), CHRISTMAS IN CONNECTICUT, THE BISHOP'S WIFE, and LOVE, ACTUALLY...
    Happy Christmas!

  5. Oh we love this film, but only watched it for the first time last year when a friend bought it for us as a Christmas gift. We also love Miracle on 34th Street, The Railway Children & Ballet Shoes for watching with the small ones.
