Ever since my bigsister expected her 1st child, Ida, I have been a great fan of Phildar knitting patterns...especially the ones they design for babies and children.
For a number of years I haven't really thought about their magazines, but being on ravelry has opened my eyes to their amazing designs once more.

And the other day Claudia mentioned a particular number of their magazines, and that made me look at all the new patterns on Phildar's website. The things are as beautiful as always. Stylish, simple and exclusively looking.

Phildar har bare så mange utrolig lekre oppskrifter, problemet er å velge :-)
ReplyDeleteJa, de ser godt nok lækre ud. Hvem der bare kunne fransk :-)
ReplyDeleteGodt nytår Ulla.
I like Phildars patterns for children!!! They are so cute1
ReplyDeleteWow- that looks gorgeous! I will immediately tell my sister about this page/ magazine. She will love it too.
ReplyDeleteI love Phildar knits, but where do you buy the patterns? I have found their web page, but only a few patterns for sale... there must be something I'm doing wrong.
ReplyDeleteYou the new year has begun good for you :-)
Ja, det er ikke nemt, Hege. ;) De har virkelig mange smukke ting. Og det hele er så elegant. :))
Et rigtig godt nytår til dig også. :))
..........
Me too, Svetlana - they are SO beautiful and eventhough it's 20 years ago since I saw them for the first time, then I still adore what they design .:))
...........
I totally agree, rahel. :)) How nice that your sister likes it too. I hope she finds something she would love to make. :))

I just bought the baby magazine on the French website, Anne Marie. They ship to other countries, but the text is in French then.
And if you click on the pictures in the magazines, then you will see how much it costs to buy the specific pattern and yarn. (At least I think it's for the yarn as well - due to the price!)
I have had the same problem on the English site. I hardly found any patterns for children...
Oh man, I know how good you are at knitting...you could do all the Phildar patterns with your eyes closed...and it would be perfect :)
ReplyDeleteI never saw the adult pattern books. Next time I visit my mom I will ask her to go to the knitting store with her (it is in this tiny village in the country).
Oh, that's really sweet, Claudia. Once I could have knitted with my eyes closed (I used to watch TV at the same time). But whether I can do it know.... ;))
ReplyDeleteThe adult pattern books have great things in them as well. I would definitely have a look at them next time you and your mom go to the yarnshop. :))
