However it's not something completely done. It's just a bunch of tunics, which I have cut out - while using the pincushion, which used to be my mother's.
I love all of those little people holding hands around the pillow. And it brings me so many lovely memories of my mother creating, when I was younger and a child.
A while ago my mother wanted to throw the pincushion away, because she no longer is able to sew (due to the fact that she got partly paralysed from a stroke).
Luckily I prevented the pretty treasure from going to the bin.
Three of the tunics are for me - the one with the letters and flowers is meant to fit a girl size 5.
My tunics are actually all cut from the same pattern as this. I like wearing that tunic so much - the fit is quite good, I think.
I want to make the tunics very different from each other by adding various details. Hopefully I will have some new clothes before autumn comes.
