Camera vacation

Well, I guess that our camera has decided that a vacation was needed!! Because it no longer works....#%&!#%!!!

Now we will have to take it to the shop, and see whether it can be fixed, or whether we have to buy a new one...

So, if you don't see any posts with pictures or no posts at all coming from this blog, then you know that it's because we are on the look out for a new camera!

Summershoes

The Lilybird Chandelier embroidery is done and has been taken of the embroidery hoop. Now I have to finish the Gingham dress, and I have a feeling that the embroidery will suit the dress just fine. I will show you dress when it's done.

I have started a new embroidery project - one which I have been wanting to do for a long time. And now that summer is here, I think that the motives are very up to date. Tiny pairs of Epadrillos, which are going to be made in different colours and stripes, that's what I'm makíng.... I also have this project in mind, for my favourite kind of shoes to wear at summer.

I LOVE Flip-Flops....and in the book Broderi på den fede måde" by Helle Mogensen, you get the instructions on how to turn a normal pair into your very own and very personal Flip-Flops.

It's all about shoes at the moment.....

In my garden

I love to take a little walk in our garden to see how our flowers are doing. I find it so life-affirming to see plants grow - and watch flowers bloom.

The pale pink rose is rather old, but I have never ever seen it with as many flowers as this year!

So far the purple flower is all by itself, but hopefully many more will join it during warm summer days.

And the blue one - well, that sure is blue!! I have never experienced this exact shade of blue on a flower. And it really surprised me that this "Ridderspore" turned out this way. I simply forgot how the colour would look! Nevertheless it's special and beautiful among the purple and the pink flowers, in the rest of our bed.

I'm no good at remembering all the names of our flowers, so I can't mention them here. I hope you will be content with the looks of them...
